Why Us
01

Direct English Consultation

Drawing on my experience as an English teacher, I communicate with applicants directly — no interpreter required. Subtle nuances and personal context translate accurately into the documents.

02

Up-front Risk Review

Before filing, we rigorously verify whether a path to approval exists. Document design is informed by common rejection patterns (income, conduct, residence history, etc.).

03

Fast Response

We handle urgent renewals and last-minute cases. Available weeknights from 18:00 and 24/7 on weekends.

FAQ
My English is not strong — should I bring someone fluent?
No. We work directly in English. You're welcome to visit or consult via LINE alone. Japanese is also fine.
How long does approval take?
Rough guide: Certificate of Eligibility 1–3 months; extensions 2 weeks–2 months; status changes 2 weeks–2 months. Duration varies with Immigration's load and case complexity.
My previous application was denied. Can I re-apply?
Yes. We first confirm the denial reason with Immigration and assess the path forward. A reason statement built around "why it was denied" is the key to a successful re-application.
I want to hire a foreign employee — do you handle the company side too?
Yes. We support preparation of company documents (business plan, registration, P&L, etc.), employment contract review, and Immigration correspondence — all in one engagement.
I'm based far from Kobe — is that OK?
In most cases, yes — we can work fully online. For Immigration offices outside Kobe / Osaka, travel fees apply, but many cases are handled entirely via Zoom + postal mail.
