Housing Accommodation Business Act (new Minpaku Law) / Hotel Business Act (simple lodging).
From ordinances and fire safety to neighborhood consultations, we support the complex start-up procedures end to end.
Taking each municipality's additional ordinances into account, we propose the permit type best suited to your property and operation plan.
We handle use-change and fire-prevention-object determinations, plus prior consultation with the local fire department—preventing the "permit granted but can't operate" problem.
From the neighborhood notification required for a housing accommodation business to designing a complaint desk. We propose documents and workflows from a trouble-prevention standpoint.
We select the optimal permit/notification based on your operation style, property and area.
We assess suitability in a free preliminary consultation.
We provide a wide range of other support as well. If you're wondering "can you do this?", feel free to ask—we'll help wherever possible.
Base fees by business type.
We provide individual quotes depending on the work.
